Clerk (m/f/d) Transport Logistics
Tasks
-
Organization and handling of daily truck traffic.
-
Coordination of arrival times with the loading and unloading team as well as dispatch.

Checking the delivered goods and checking for completeness.
-
Creating and managing documents accompanying goods, such as delivery notes and freight documents.
-
Control and preparation of the necessary transport documents
-
Inventory control and management in various merchandise management systems, e.g. loading lists, inventory lists, etc.
-
Creation of reports on incoming and outgoing goods flows as well as statistics to optimize processes.
-
If necessary, carrying out weighing processes and recording the weight and checking the load in terms of axle load and total weight.

Completed training in one of the following professions: Commercial/Kffr. For forwarding and logistics services or specialists in warehouse logistics or business/company. for office management with a focus on logistics
